CEO & Co-Founder
Daniel co-founded LoungePair to solve a problem he'd faced too many times: finding decent airport lounge access without jumping through hoops. He leads our partnerships and business development—from negotiating with lounge operators and suppliers to building relationships with airlines and travel brands who want to offer their customers better airport experiences. Before LoungePair, he was a Managing Editor at Point Hacks, so he's been deep in the lounge access world for years. He's probably in a lounge right now.

CTO & Co-Founder
Todd built LoungePair's platform from the ground up and continues to lead our technical vision. He's the reason you can book a lounge in 60 seconds flat. Before LoungePair, he was the developer behind Point Hacks, building and maintaining the entire platform. A long-time travel hacker with a thing for data, he's always looking for ways to optimise how people travel—whether that's lounge access or getting into a Porsche for the weekend.

Head of Product
Keith works to shape the direction of LoungePair's platform for customers and our team. He's focused on making the right lounge easy to find, our passes to use, and ensure that customers want to keep coming back. Before LoungePair, he founded and ran Point Hacks in Australia, has worked with a number of travel startups and in Digital Media.

Head of Operations
Steven makes sure everything actually works behind the scenes. From lounge partnerships to customer support, he's the person ensuring your booking goes smoothly every single time. With over a decade of operations experience, he keeps LoungePair running seamlessly while constantly finding ways to make things work better. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new food spots and spending time with his family in the highlands south of Manila. He’s always planning his next adventure, with wife and kids in tow!

Operations Coordinator
Vita supports our operations team and is often the person solving customer issues before you even notice them. She helps to keep workflows smooth, organized and customers happy. Off the clock, you'll find her modeling, crafting Gunpla, or wrangling her three cats. She believes every trip pairs best with coffee - and sometimes wine.

Matt has spent over a decade in the lounge access and travel rewards world, most recently leading the Credit Cards team at The Points Guy and managing editorial at Point Hacks. He knows airline loyalty programmes, premium cabins, and lounge access rules inside out—which makes him dangerously good at helping people travel better. Originally from Sydney, he won the US Diversity Visa Lottery, spent a decade in Austin, and now calls Valencia home. His favourite lounge? Cathay Pacific's The Pier First Class in Hong Kong. Sorry, we don't sell that one.

She has a knack for turning the chaos of airport lounges into clean, easy-to-follow guides, so travellers can explore lounges (and dream about their next trip) before they even pack a bag. She spends her off-hours between books, virtual worlds, paint, yarn, and the calming tones of her tongue drum.

Tyler is a serial entrepreneur with a focus on premium travel experiences. He founded LoungeBuddy, the world’s leading airport lounge booking platform, and led it as Cofounder and CEO until its acquisition by American Express in 2019. Following the acquisition, he served as Vice President of Global Premium Products and Benefits at AMEX, where he integrated the LoungeBuddy business and shaped the future of premium traveler experiences for card members worldwide. He currently advises entrepreneurs building high-growth businesses. Tyler brings extensive expertise in leadership, marketing, and strategy to the team. Tyler is a travel enthusiast who has flown over 3 million miles and visited nearly 100 countries.

Craig has spent over two decades on both sides of the lounge business—as VP of Airport Services and Head of Lounges for Swissport in Asia-Pacific, where he led Aspire's expansion into Australia and Japan; and as an Airport CEO and COO of several domestic and international airports. He knows how lounges perform, their connection to airport operations, and how deals get structured to bring these together along with airlines and passengers. Craig has been instrumental in opening doors and helping us navigate lounge partnerships. When he's not running airports, he's usually surfing.
