Landside - Located on Level 2M of the Gateway@klia2 shopping complex, next to Aerotel Kuala Lumpur. Take the travellator next to Hometown Hainan Coffee on the Arrival Hall, Level 2 to Level 2M and turn right. This lounge is accessible to both arriving and departing passengers and is pre-security.
