This lounge has been rebranded from the Song Hong Premium Lounge. The SH Premium Lounge is a warm, elegant space inspired by Hanoi’s cultural heritage. Artwork of Vietnam’s Red River and the Long Biên Bridge adorn the walls. Furnishings include armchairs, dining tables, workstations and long sofas.
Location: Terminal 1. After the Security Checkpoint, proceed up the escalator to Level 3. Follow the signs to the lounge entrance. Near Gate 5.
Opening Hours: 04:30 - 23:00 daily (4.30am-11pm). These hours may vary according to flight schedules.
Amenities: Buffet, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, flight monitors, Wi-Fi, smoking room, Internet terminals, shoe shine service, shower facilities (charges may apply), TVs, luggage storage, power outlets, printers and copiers.
Food & Drink: Breakfast is served 6:00 am - 11:00 am daily. Lunch and dinner are served 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. The buffet offers a mix of Vietnamese and international dishes, including vegetarian options. This airline lounge was upgraded from an existing Bamboo Airways lounge on 23 January 2025 and is also co-branded with Sacombank. Designed mostly for premium and loyalty passengers, it has over 400 m² of space.
The lounge includes a variety of seating options, including wicker couches, cozy egg shaped chairs, and dining tables.
Location: The lounge is located in Terminal 1 (Domestic Departures) on the 3rd floor. After security, you will find it centrally located near departure gates 4, 5, and 6.

SH Premium Lounge (International)
Like its domestic terminal counterpart, this lounge used to be called the ‘Song Hong Business Class Lounge’ but has since been renamed. This space has heritage inspired decor with plenty of greenery throughout.
Location: 4th Floor near Gate 28. Take escalators or elevators after passport control and follow lounge signage.
