Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM), commonly known as Mumbai Airport, is the primary international airport serving Mumbai and is one of the busiest airports in India. Named after the 17th-century Maratha warrior king Shivaji, the airport spans across the suburbs of Santacruz and Sahar Village in Vile Parle East.

BOM features two main Terminals:

• Terminal 1: Located in Santacruz, exclusively serves domestic flights, primarily catering to low-cost carriers.

• Terminal 2: Located in Sahar, handles both international flights and domestic flights. This sprawling, modern terminal features multiple levels with extensive passenger facilities.

The airport is about 30 km from downtown Mumbai, and is well-connected to the city by road, metro, and train.

The Adani Lounge at Mumbai Airport's Terminal 1 serves a range of Indian cuisine and provides a relaxing space for travellers away from the main Terminal. The lounge can accommodate approximately 45 people during less busy periods. Note that this lounge was previously known as the Oasis Lounge but has been rebranded to align with Adani Group's portfolio of lounge assets across India.

Location: Situated in Terminal 1 (formerly known as Terminal 1B), the Adani Lounge is accessible to domestic departure passengers. After security, take the lift or stairs near Security Check counter 9 to the mezzanine (1st floor); the lounge is above the main food court area between Gates 9–20.

Opening Hours: 12:00 to 00:00 daily

Amenities: Wi-Fi, refreshments, TVs, newspapers and magazines, buffet, shoeshine, flight monitors, computer terminals, spirits and liquor (charges may apply).

Access duration: Maximum 2 hour stay.

Children: Will differ depending on method of access. Children under 5 years are admitted free when accompanied by an adult with a paid voucher from LoungePair or via DragonPass membership. Children under 3 years are admitted free with Priority Pass.

The Travel Club Lounge at Terminal 1 offers a contemporary environment for travellers. The lounge features an assortment of seating options including plush sofas, lounge chairs, and bar stools.

White leaf-patterned panels serve as separators between sections. The lounge includes a dining area, a salad bar featuring green salad and Middle-Eastern specialties, a hot food section, and a unique Indian Chaat counter offering authentic street food flavours. There's also an enclosed space that can be used for meetings and private discussions.

Location: Located at Terminal 1C (the aerobridges section of Terminal 1), the Travel Club Lounge is directly opposite Gate 22 on the first floor. If you are assigned to one of the ground floor gates (no aerobridge section), then you will be unable to access this lounge.

There are three Adani Lounges in Terminal 2 at Mumbai Airport. The Adani Lounge in the Eastern Wing is divided into distinct seating sections, including an area with a lush foliage wall, high-top seats along windows overlooking the apron, a central area with comfortable leather armchairs, and a dining section with tables for two and four-person groups.

The buffet features various Indian dishes such as murg tikka, vegetable manchurian, and more. There are also cold options including wraps, sandwiches, cakes, sweets, and fresh fruit. Beverage stations throughout the lounge offer juice, water, soft drinks, and self-serve coffee.

Location: Situated within the international departures area of Terminal 2, Level 4, near Gate 45. After clearing security and immigration, proceed through the duty-free shops and follow the signs to lounges.

Opening Hours: The lounge is timed to open in accordance with international flight schedules, which for the most part is 24 hours daily.

Amenities: Buffet with Indian and International cuisine, bar, showers (charges may apply), Wi-Fi, charging stations, spa.

Access Duration: Maximum 3 hour stay.

Children: Under 5 years are admitted free when accompanied by an adult when accessing via LoungePair or Dragonpass access methods. Under 3 years are admitted free via Priority Pass and LoungeKey.

Access Options: Initially, access to the Adani Lounge (Eastern Wing) was primarily reserved for First and Business Class passengers. However, since August 2024, the lounge has been accepting eligible Visa and RuPay cardholders, and membership card holders, marking a shift in its access policies. This lounge is also now accessible to those purchasing a pass via LoungePair.

Similar to its Eastern Wing counterpart, the Adani Lounge in the Western Wing offers premium amenities and services for international travellers. It is also known as the Business Class Adani Lounge. It features comfortable seating areas, a buffet with diverse food options, and a bar. This Adani Lounge has won awards for its service and facilities.

Location: Located in the international departures area of Terminal 2. Once you've cleared Immigration and Security, you'll enter the Duty-Free area. Follow signs toward the West Pier or Gates 30–38. The lounge is located on Level 4, and signage will guide you to the Adani Lounge, West Wing.

Opening Hours: Open 24 hours daily.

Amenities: Premium food and beverages, Wi-Fi, business facilities, showers, TVs, newspapers and magazines, children’s play area and bar.

  • Oneworld offers access to Business and First Class Passengers, or those with Emerald or Sapphire Tier status flying on British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Malaysia Airlines, or Qatar Airways.

The Loyalty Lounge previously catered to international travellers in Terminal 2. It has now permanently closed. Guests are now redirected to the Adani Lounge (Eastern Wing, International Departures).

The Travel Club Lounge in Terminal 2 offers domestic travellers a comfortable space with amenities similar to its Terminal 1 counterpart.

Location: Airside, Domestic Departures. After passing through security, proceed to Level 3 of the Terminal. The lounge is located in the domestic pier, opposite Gates 44 and 45.

Meghavi Air SpaLounge is a luxury spa & wellness service operating in 3 locations all within Terminal 2. They are located near gates 49 and 85 (for domestic arrivals/travellers) and near gate 47 (newest addition).

Services: Meghavi Air SpaLounges offer massage and wellness treatments for travellers, including full body, deep tissue, hot-stone and express massages, along with facials, scrubs and head massages. They also provide non-touch therapies like vibro acoustic beds and compression-boot treatments, plus practical amenities such as private therapy rooms, couple rooms, and shower pods.
