Guide to Paid-Use Lounges at Techo International Airport (KTI), Phnom Penh

Techo International Airport (KTI) opened in 2025 as Cambodia's new flagship aviation hub, replacing Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH).

Designed with a focus on international connectivity and premium passenger experiences, KTI hosts a range of new lounges catering to both business and leisure travellers.

Among these, Plaza Premium Group operates two key paid-use lounges open to all passengers, regardless of airline or class of travel.

Both Plaza Premium Lounges are located within the restricted area where passengers departing have cleared customs and passport control.

An onward flight boarding pass is required to access either lounge.

For arrival passengers who are in transit for another flight with carry on or connecting check-in baggage, please ensure that you do not clear customs and passport control.

Location: International Departures. The lounge is located at H1, Level 3, within the main terminal building where retail and F&B outlets are located. You will need to use the escalator to access the lounge. See interactive location map.

  • Plaza Premium offer several fixed time and date access options:

    • $19.50 USD for shower usage only, 30 minutes.

    • $41.60 USD, for a 2 hour stay.

    • $59.20 USD, for a 5 hour stay.

  • Lounge Pass offers 3 hour fixed time/date bookings from $52 USD per adult. All bookings must be at least 24 hours in advance of the specified local arrival time at the lounge.

  • Walk-in access available on the day of use.

• Accepted lounge memberships: Priority Pass, DragonPass and Dreamfolks. The maximum stay for membership access is 2 hours.

• Accepted credit cards: American Express which has a direct relationship with Plaza Premium, and other select cards that include the above lounge memberships as a benefit such as Capital One, Diners Club, and World Mastercard.

• Airline Access: Complimentary access is typically provided to premium passengers of the following airlines. As policies can change, it's best to confirm with your airline, and you will usually be advised on check-in the lounge you will have access to.

  • Star Alliance: Asiana Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines (Business Class & Star Alliance Gold).

  • SkyTeam: Vietnam Airlines, China Airlines, China Eastern, China Southern (Business Class & SkyTeam Elite Plus).

As KTI scales up, more airline-specific lounges are anticipated. Both Bangkok Airways and China Southern Airlines moved all operations to KTI in late 2025. It is expected they will establish their own lounges (such as a Blue Ribbon Lounge and Sky Pearl Lounge, respectively) or use partner facilities as passenger volume grows.
