Adelaide Airport features two Plaza Premium Lounges: one in the Domestic Departures area (opened October 2025) and one in International Departures (April 2023). Both offer stylish, pay-per-use spaces for travelers on any airline, with quality food, barista coffee, and comfortable seating.

The Plaza Premium Domestic Lounge at Adelaide Airport, opened in October 2025, is Australia’s only independent domestic airport lounge, welcoming travellers flying on any airline and in any cabin.

Large glass windows fill the lounge with natural light and provide views of the bustling terminal concourse below.

It is superior to the Rex Lounge, which welcomes passengers with Priority Pass membership but not DragonPass. The Plaza Premium Lounge welcomes guests with both membership types.

The Plaza Premium Domestic Lounge is located in the Domestic Departures area of Adelaide Airport, on Level 2 near Gate 16 in Terminal 1. After passing through the main security checkpoint for domestic flights, turn right and follow the signage for “Plaza Premium Lounge”.

With seating for around 60 guests, the domestic lounge offers a relaxed yet efficient environment designed for short-stay travellers. Seating options include:

The décor blends neutral timber textures with touches of South Australian flair, and floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant daylight. While there’s no direct tarmac view, the space feels open and airy, which is a welcome respite from the busy terminal.

Guests can enjoy a rotating hot buffet and a range of freshly prepared dishes throughout the day. Highlights include:

The Plaza Premium International Lounge at Adelaide Airport has seating capacity for 137 guests, spread out across a variety of seating zones:
