The affiliate program is built for anyone with a travel-relevant audience who wants to point their readers, listeners, viewers, or users toward lounge access and earn commission for it.

We work well with:

• Travel content creators (blogs, newsletters, YouTube channels, podcasts, Substacks)

• Travel apps and websites where lounge access fits naturally alongside existing content

• Loyalty and rewards programs in early or pre-launch stages

• Travel advisors and concierges who recommend rather than transact

How it works

All included. No fees. No catches.

1. Apply. Tell us about your audience and how you'd plan to feature LoungePair.

2. Get your reference tag. We review applications within five business days. Approved affiliates receive a unique, short, human-readable tag, yours to use across your channels.

3. Add your tag to any LoungePair URL. Append ?ref=yourtag to any page on loungepair.com, whether that's the homepage, a specific airport, or an individual lounge. Deep linking works everywhere.

4. Get paid. Once your accrued commission reaches USD $250, send us an invoice and we'll pay you out.

Commercial terms

• 8% commission on used passes, calculated when a traveller actually steps into the lounge.

• USD $250 minimum payout. Most active affiliates clear this within their first quarter or two.

• Higher rates available for affiliates with significant audience reach or a structured marketing commitment. Tell us about it in your application.

• Cookieless tracking. Attribution runs off the reference tag in the URL at the moment of purchase, captured directly against the transaction. Last-click wins, and there's no cookie window to worry about.

• Live tracker. Once bookings start flowing, we share a live data table where you can see every purchase, its status (purchased, used, refunded), and your accrued commission in real time.

Why we approve every affiliate manually

This isn't a self-serve affiliate network. Every approved affiliate is someone we've onboarded directly, which is why our reference tags are short, branded, and human-readable.

Lounge access is a considered purchase, not an impulse buy. Approving each application manually means we know who you are, we can suggest the right deep links for your audience, and we can back you with real support.

What we look for

• A travel-relevant audience or use case

• Genuine engagement (content people actually read, watch, or use)

• A clear sense of how you'd feature LoungePair within your work

• Ethical practices around marketing and disclosure

Audience size matters less than fit. A small, highly engaged audience often outperforms a large but loosely connected one.

Things we don't allow

A few standard guardrails to keep the program healthy for everyone:

• No bidding on "LoungePair" or close brand variants in paid search

• No misleading claims, including positioning passes as "free" when they aren't

• No coupon, cashback, or incentivised-click sites without prior written approval

• No automated or low-quality traffic generation

• No unsolicited email or SMS to lists you don't own

• No representing yourself as a LoungePair employee or official operator

• No use of LoungePair logos or brand assets without written permission

• Compliance with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure rules in the US, GDPR in Europe, and the equivalent in your market

We reserve the right to remove affiliates who breach these or otherwise act against the spirit of the program.
