The Blossom lounge is open to all passengers regardless of airline or ticket class, making it an ideal choice if you don’t have lounge access through frequent flyer status or premium cabins. Access can be purchased at the door, booked online in advance, or obtained through membership programs.

BLOSSOM - SATS & Plaza Premium Lounge
The BLOSSOM Lounge is a SATS and Plaza Premium collaboration that is open to all travellers. At $37 USD via LoungePair, it’s considered the one of the best value lounges for price at Changi, and has a great view overlooking the Heritage Zone.
Location: After clearing immigration, proceed straight ahead toward the main departure concourse. Take the escalator or lift one level up to 2M. The Blossom Lounge is signposted and overlooks the Heritage Zone.
Opening Hours: 24 hours daily.
Amenities: Buffet, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, charging stations, shower facilities (charges may apply), power outlets, flight monitors, children’s corner, TVs, Wi-Fi.
Access Options:
LoungePair Pass: Purchase a flexible lounge pass via LoungePair which offers walk-up access without a fixed time/date booking. LoungePair offers 3 hours access from $37 USD, a fully refundable pass for an additional $5 USD, or a free pass when purchased together with a LoungePair+ membership.
Other Advance Purchase Options: While booking direct via Plaza Premium requires you to select a fixed date and time of access, it provides a few alternative options such as length of stay packages for 3, 5 and 10 hours.
You can purchase a 3 hour pass for ~$38 USD (SGD ~49) respectively.

Memberships:
A DragonPass membership plan will get you entry into this lounge, for a maximum 2 hour stay. You can also purchase a one-off walk-up pass for $55 USD, without a membership.
Priority Pass and Dreamfolks members can access this lounge as per their membership benefits.

Designed by Studioilse, the Cathay Pacific Lounge is exclusively for Oneworld members. The lounge seats up to 210 guests.
Location: After immigration, turn left and follow signs toward Gate G1. Use the escalator or lift to reach the mezzanine level above the departure gates.
Opening Hours: Usually 6:00 a.m. until 1:30 a.m. (3 hours before first Cathay Pacific flight departure, until last departure)
Amenities: Buffet (e.g. roasted vegetables, seafood, broth, fresh fruit, cheese platters, salad, desserts, etc), noodle bar (dim sum, wonton noodles, laksa), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, workstations, power outlets, flight monitors, TVs, Wi-Fi, computers.
Access Options:
Airline Status or Travel Class:
First or Business Class passengers departing on a Cathay Pacific or oneworld flight.
Oneworld Emerald or Sapphire members departing on a Cathay Pacific or oneworld flight in any cabin.
Cathay Silver, Gold or Diamond members departing on a Cathay Pacific flight in any cabin. Gold members are entitled to bring +1 guest, and Diamond members can bring +2 guests. Silver members are not entitled to bring guests.
Helpful Tips:
No shower facilities are available. Travellers needing one should visit the Blossom Lounge.
The Noodle Bar is popular during meal times and may require a short wait.
Wi-Fi is suitable for working but not ideal for heavy streaming or downloads.

Plan for 2+ hours if connecting between terminals
There is no Skytrain connection to T4
T4 is only accessible by shuttle bus from T1, T2 or T3 (free with boarding pass)
