No Elite Status? No Problem. Buying Lounge Access at IAD

Even if you're flying in economy without frequent flyer status, you don't have to miss out on the comfort of an airport lounge. Several lounges at Washington Dulles sell single-visit passes, allowing any traveler with a valid same-day boarding pass to enter and enjoy the amenities.

Here are the lounges you can typically buy your way into:

  • Capital One Lounge - Main Terminal: This lounge offers paid walk-up access for any traveller, even those without a Capital One credit card. Access is currently priced at $90 per person. Simply go to the lounge entrance to purchase.

  • Lufthansa Business Lounge - Concourse A: Access can be purchased online in advance through the official Lufthansa website, with prices starting from US$49, or on walk-up subject to availability.

  • Air France-KLM Lounge - Concourse A: Paid access is available online in advance from US$50, and sometimes available at the reception desk, but dependent on capacity and not guaranteed.
