Busan Gimhae International Airport (PUS): Paid Access Lounge Guide

Gimhae International Airport (PUS), also known as Busan Airport, is located in western Busan, South Korea. It is named after the nearby city of Gimhae. The airport is the main hub for Korean Air and Air Busan, and is a major base for Jeju Air and Jin Air.

Gimhae Airport has a Domestic Terminal and International Terminal, both situated a short distance apart. They are connected by walkways and a free shuttle bus.

There are 4 paid access lounges at Gimhae International Airport, all of them located in the International Terminal. They are only accessible to passengers flying internationally.

This is one of two Korean Air Lounges at Gimhae International Airport. However, unlike its domestic counterpart, the KAL lounge at the International Terminal is accessible via day passes as well as eligible status flyers, premium passengers, or those with applicable memberships.

After passport control and security, proceed to the international airside area and go to the 3rd Floor next to Gate 4.

The N Sky Hub Lounge is the newer of the two Sky Hub Lounges in the International Terminal.

While both lounges offer amenities such as buffets and open bars, the N Sky Hub Lounge is more spacious, is open slightly longer, and has more varied seating options, including booths, family areas, and even heated massage beds.

Airside after passport control and security, go to the 2nd Floor and look for the lounge opposite Gates 2 and 3.

• Best for relaxing: Air Busan Lounge. Quieter than the Sky Hub lounges and a calmer atmosphere. The trade-off is that its food is more light snacks/small dishes than a substantial buffet.

• Best for working: The N Sky Hub Lounge. It has the best combination of space and practical seating.

• Most budget-friendly: Air Busan Lounge. Air Busan currently charges 27,000 KRW (US$20) online (if you are flying Air Busan) or 32,000 KRW (US$23) at the airport (flying on any airline).

Gimhae International Airport offers four paid-access lounges: the Korean Air Lounge, 2 Sky Hub Lounges, and the Air Busan Lounge. Overall, the best lounge at Busan Airport depends on your priorities.

Generally, we recommend choosing a Sky Hub Lounge for food, N Sky Hub for working, Air Busan for the cheapest option, or the Korean Air Lounge, especially if you meet the airline requirements and prefer a more traditional airline lounge experience.
