Guide to Paid Lounges at Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN)
Last Updated October 28, 2026

On this Page
The busiest airport serving Seoul, Incheon International Airport (ICN), is South Korea's main international gateway.
Your lounge access options at ICN depend on which terminal you're departing from. Terminal 1 has the broadest mix of paid-access lounges and alliance lounges, including Matina, Sky Hub, and oneworld options. Terminal 2 is the main base for Korean Air and also has paid-access Matina and Sky Hub lounges.
Many of Incheon Airport's paid lounges focus on food and drinks, with extensive buffets and alcoholic beverages. Facilities for relaxing vary by location, with some lounges offering showers, massage chairs, or dedicated rest areas.

Across its terminals, Incheon Airport has a total of 22 lounges. This guide covers the 10 lounges with paid access options, including 9 open to passengers flying with any airline, and the oneworld Lounge, which is only for passengers flying on oneworld airlines.
If you are flying business or first class, or hold elite status with an airline, note that you may also be able to access an airline-operated lounge.
Incheon Airport Terminal Layout
Before buying lounge access, check your departure terminal and gate. Some ICN lounges are only useful if you are already in the right terminal or concourse, and moving between areas might not be possible.
Incheon International Airport has 3 main passenger areas:
Terminal 1
Concourse (Terminal 1's satellite building with departure/arrival gates)
Terminal 2

Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are separate buildings connected landside by shuttle bus. Allow time for the journey and departure formalities, and use a lounge in the terminal from which your flight departs.
The Concourse is connected airside to Terminal 1 by shuttle train. All passengers checking in at Terminal 1 can access lounges in Terminal 1, including those with a flight departing at the Concourse. But the Concourse lounges are only accessible to passengers on flights departing from the Concourse.
Incheon Airport warns that some airside shuttle routes are one-way only. Check your boarding pass, flight display and gate before moving to the Concourse or another terminal.
Terminal 1 is used by Jeju Air, Trinity Airways, Eastar Jet, Air Premia, Aero K, and many foreign airlines.
Terminal 2 is used by Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Jin Air, Air Seoul, Air Busan, and several SkyTeam airlines, including Delta Air Lines.
Airline terminal assignments can change, so verify where your flight departs before choosing a lounge.
List of All Lounges at Incheon Airport
The table below lists airline and independent lounges across Terminal 1, the Concourse and Terminal 2. 10 offer paid single-visit passes, although airline restrictions apply to the oneworld Lounge.
Other lounges are accessible through eligible tickets, frequent flyer status, or participating lounge-access programs. Requirements vary by lounge.

Matina vs. Sky Hub Lounges
Except for the premium Matina Gold Lounge, there isn't a major difference between the Matina and Sky Hub lounges. These are both popular paid lounge options at Incheon Airport with extensive food buffets. So, which should you pick?
If one lounge is closer to your departure gate, it could make sense to simply pick that one. And if you want to visit the lounge during overnight hours, we'd suggest choosing one that's open 24/7.
Reasons to choose Matina:
Lower entry price
Showers and massage chairs at the Terminal 1 East location
Reasons to choose Sky Hub:
Alcoholic drink options include soju, spirits, and highball drinks (in addition to wine and beer)
Napping areas available
Other Options for Long Transits & Layovers
If you have a long wait between flights at Incheon International Airport, there are also several non-lounge options. These may be better than a lounge if you mainly need sleep or a shower.
For example, showers are available for a fee in Terminals 1 and 2.

Here are some of your options for sleep or a shower at ICN:
Option | Area | Best For | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
Darakhyu Capsule Hotel Terminal 1 | Terminal 1 Transportation Center, landside | Overnight landside stays | Useful if you have cleared immigration or are starting your trip at ICN |
Darakhyu Capsule Hotel Terminal 2 | Terminal 2 Transportation Center, landside | Overnight landside stays | Better for Terminal 2 departures |
Transit Hotel Terminal 1 | Terminal 1, airside, near Gate 11 | International transit passengers | Do not clear immigration if using the airside transit hotel |
Transit Hotel Terminal 2 | Terminal 2, airside | International transit passengers | Better for sleep than a lounge |
Nap Zones | Terminal 1 East Transfer Lounge, airside and Terminal 2, Level 4, airside, near Gates 231 and 268 | Free rest option | Availability is not guaranteed |
Relax Zone Terminal 1 West | Terminal 1 West Transfer Lounge, airside | Recliner-style rest | Useful for shorter waits |
Shower Rooms | Terminal 1, airside, near Gates 25 and 29 and Terminal 2, Level 4, airside, near Gates 231 and 268 | Shower without lounge access | Usually 05:00-23:00 (5am-11pm) |
If your layover is long, compare the cost of a lounge with a transit hotel or capsule hotel. Lounges are better for food and drinks. Hotels are better for sleep.
If you are in transit, note that you would need to clear immigration and enter South Korea in order to access a landside hotel.
Summing Up
Incheon has a wide lounge network across Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and the Concourse. The most accessible paid options are Matina and Sky Hub lounges, while oneworld, SilverKris, Star Alliance, and Korean Air lounges serve eligible airline and alliance passengers.
Terminal layout matters more at ICN than at many airports. Do not buy lounge access until you know your departure terminal and gate area.
For most travelers without status, the best choice is the Matina or Sky Hub lounge closest to the departure gate. For long layovers, consider a transit hotel, capsule hotel, nap zone or shower room before paying for a lounge.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Does Incheon Airport have lounges?
Yes. Incheon International Airport has paid-access lounges, airline lounges, alliance lounges, and rest facilities across Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and the Concourse.
Can economy passengers use lounges at Incheon Airport?
Yes. Economy passengers can use several paid-access lounges at ICN, including the Matina and Sky Hub lounges. Access depends on terminal, availability and the booking channel or membership program used.
Can I buy lounge access at Incheon Airport?
Yes. You can buy passes for several ICN lounges through LoungePair before arriving at the airport. Other advance purchase options include DragonPass, GetYourGuide, Klook, and Lounge Pass, depending on the lounge. Some lounges also sell access at reception, subject to capacity.
Which lounge is best at Incheon Airport?
The best lounge depends on your departure terminal, budget, and preferred amenities.
In Terminal 1, Matina Lounge East is a strong paid-access option if you want showers and massage chairs. The oneworld Lounge is worth considering if you meet its airline requirements.
In Terminal 2, Matina Gold offers premium amenities, including showers and massage chairs, while eligible passengers can also use Korean Air lounges.
Are there Priority Pass lounges at Incheon Airport?
Yes. Priority Pass lists multiple ICN lounge experiences, including Matina, Sky Hub and selected Asiana Lounge locations. Check the Priority Pass app for the exact lounge, terminal, hours, stay limit and child policy.
Are there showers at Incheon Airport?
Yes. Matina Lounge East and the oneworld Lounge in Terminal 1, as well as Matina Gold in Terminal 2, offer showers. Both terminals also have paid standalone shower rooms. Shower access is subject to availability, and operating hours may differ from lounge opening hours.
Can I move between terminals to use a lounge at ICN?
Choose a lounge accessible from your departure terminal and gate area. A landside shuttle bus connects Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, but it does not provide access to another terminal's airside lounges.
Airside shuttle trains serve departure and transfer routes, with one-way restrictions. If your flight departs from the Concourse, you can visit a Terminal 1 lounge before taking the train, but you cannot return to Terminal 1 afterward.
Is there a Korean Air Lounge at Incheon Terminal 2?
Yes. Korean Air operates several lounges in Terminal 2, including First Class, Miler Club and Prestige lounge areas. Access depends on cabin, SKYPASS status, SkyTeam eligibility or voucher rules.
