How to Buy a Flexible Lounge Pass from LoungePair

Buying an airport lounge pass through LoungePair is simple. Here's what you need to do:

1. Search for available lounges at the airport you're flying from

You can search for available options by airport or lounge on the LoungePair home page, or in the search bar at the top of this page.

Search for your preferred airport or lounge on the LoungePair home page

2. Select your preferred lounge

Check which terminal your flight will depart from. Then, select from the available lounges in that terminal of your chosen airport.

If more than one lounge is available, compare the options and pick the one that's best for your needs and budget.

Select your preferred lounge

Keep in mind that you might not be able to access lounges that are in a different terminal to your departing flight. We also recommend checking the lounge's opening hours.

3. Purchase your lounge pass

Scroll down on the lounge page to "Buy Instant Lounge Pass", and select the number of passes you wish to buy.

Here, you also have the option to make your lounge pass a FlexiPass for a small additional fee. A FlexiPass is fully refundable, in the event you don't use your pass. If you are a LoungePair+ member, you'll get this benefit for free with every pass you buy.

Then, click "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your credit card details to complete your purchase.

4. Get your QR code

After completing your payment, you'll receive an email straight away with a link to view your lounge pass. You'll be prompted to add the name of the traveler that will use the lounge. After entering the person's name, you'll receive a QR code and pass number.

You may change the name on your LoungePair pass at any time up until entry.

Generate your lounge pass QR code after completing your LoungePair purchase

Present your QR code and pass number to the reception staff when you arrive at the lounge, who will then scan you in.

Lounge passes are generally valid for up to six months after the date of purchase, and can be used any time when the lounge is open.

5. Enjoy your time in the lounge

Once in the lounge, you'll enjoy access to all the included amenities - away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal.
