Vietnam Airlines’ Lotus Lounge is an airside pre-departure lounge positioned as a quieter space to wait, eat, and recharge before a domestic flight.

The lounge features a mix of seating types, along with Wi-Fi, TVs/flight information screens, and a small business corner (including computers and a printer) alongside newspapers and magazines. Facilities include restrooms, shower rooms, baggage storage/lockers, and a designated smoking room.

Catering is presented buffet-style with rotating hot dishes plus lighter items and drinks, and published lounge walkthroughs also note features such as a self-serve noodle station, fresh fruit, and a coffee/tea setup.

: On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
