About this lounge

The Travel Club Lounge offers a full-service lounge experience in the international terminal. With comfortable seating for around 90 guests, the floor-to-ceiling windows provide runway views and plenty of natural light.

The extensive hot and cold buffet includes food options such as sushi, soups, pasta, Thai curries and stir-fries, and fresh fruit. In addition, a live cooking station provides local specialities freshly prepared to order. There is also an extensive range of drinks available, including hot drinks, a soda fountain, wine, a selection of spirits, and Singha beer on tap.

Business travellers can make use of the co-working area and the private call/meeting booths, which all have charging outlets handy. Wi-Fi, restrooms and 3 showers are available.

Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

Yes. Unaccompanied minors are not generally permitted to enter airport lounges. Yes. You can buy multiple Lounge Passes in one order, and each guest gets their own voucher to present at the lounge. For groups of 9 or more, most lounges need advance notice so they can manage capacity on the day. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
