The SH Premium Lounge in Hanoi's domestic terminal offers tranquility away from the bustling airport terminal, with views over the airfield and lots of food and drink options. Breakfast is served until 10:30, with main meals available for the rest of the day. Snacks and beverages are available continuously during the lounge's opening hours.

Guests can enjoy phở from a dedicated cooking station, while the self-service buffet provides Vietnamese and international options such as bánh chưng, dưa muối, củ kiệu, fresh fruit, and salads. The bar offers wine, beer, spirits, juices, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

Amenities in the lounge include a shower, massage chairs, luggage lockers, a smoking room, and a shoe shine machine. Restrooms are also provided.
