The SH Elite Lounge is an ultra-premium space in Terminal 2 of Noi Bai International Airport. Designed for travelers seeking refined luxury, it offers personalised service in a quiet, calming environment, thanks to the lounge's noise-reduction elements and low volume of passengers.

There's both a buffet and à la carte dining with table service, with Vietnamese and international food including halal options. A separate bar serves wines, beer, cocktails, and specialty coffee.

Shower rooms are available. The lounge also holds a prayer room, smoking room, meeting rooms and business facilities. Passengers with access to the SH Elite Lounge may also access any of the services available in the adjacent (and generally busier) SH Premium Lounge.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
