Located on the 4th floor of Terminal 2’s West Wing at Noi Bai International Airport, between Gate 36 and 37, the Lạc Việt Premium Lounge (previously called ACV Business Lounge) offers a refined pre-flight retreat designed for international travelers. Spanning 1,500m² with seating for nearly 400 guests, its modern architecture and lush greenery cultivate a serene and spacious atmosphere.

Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, rich buffet selections, private workstations, massage chairs, clean bathrooms with accessible facilities, and even a designated smoking area — all in a setting that overlooks the airfield. Open from the first to the last flight of the day.

: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
