This 24-hour lounge in Robert Mugabe International Airport's International Terminal offers a quiet space to wait for your flight past security and duty free. Hot dishes and snacks are available, including buffet and à la carte options, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

A smoking room and prayer room are both accessible within the lounge, and there is a children's play area. Free Wi-Fi and charging outlets are provided. The lounge fills quickly around busy departure waves, so arriving early gives the best chance of finding a seat.

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
