The lounge serves complimentary food buffet-style with a seasonal menu featuring freshly prepared hot dishes cooked in-lounge by chefs, plus cold dishes, snacks, and premium products including local Jersey butter and milk. The fully tended complimentary bar provides an extensive range of premium beverages including handpicked local Jersey IPA, gin and vodka proudly distilled and brewed on the island, alongside wines, spirits, mixers, white and rosé sparkling wine, and the expertly crafted No1 Signature Spritz.

: Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. : If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
