Most airport lounge operators do not allow passengers to bring pets with them into the lounge, except for registered support animals (such as guide dogs). However, a small number of lounges that specifically designate themselves as being pet-friendly do allow pets and offer pet areas.

","Are pets allowed in airport lounges?",[160,161],"

LoungePair+ members automatically receive a FlexiPass when buying access to lounges where the FlexiPass product is available. Unfortunately, this benefit does not apply at lounges that require pre-booking, as the FlexiPass is not available here. You can read more on our LoungePair+ and pre-book policy terms.

All passes purchased for this lounge are refundable until 24 hours before the booked time. After then, they can no longer be changed or canceled.

Other LoungePair+ benefits still apply, including the ability to collect stamp rewards towards a future lounge visit.

You can buy multiple Lounge Passes in one order, and each guest gets their own voucher to present at the lounge. However, if you want to buy more passes than the maximum number available to purchase in a single transaction, please email us at support@loungepair.com with your travel date, time, flight number and group size, and we'll confirm arrangements with the lounge for you. The lounge may refuse entry to large groups that turn up without prior confirmation, and our refund policy applies to those passes. Please note also that this lounge does not allow hen or stag parties.

","Can I buy passes to this lounge for a large group?",[161],"

Yes. You can buy multiple Lounge Passes in one order, and each guest gets their own voucher to present at the lounge. For groups of 9 or more, most lounges need advance notice so they can manage capacity on the day. Before buying, email us at support@loungepair.com with your travel date, time, flight number and group size, and we'll confirm arrangements with the lounge for you. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

","Can I buy LoungePair Lounge Passes for a large group?",[160],"

Yes. Unaccompanied minors are not generally permitted to enter airport lounges. A small number of lounges may also refuse entry to guests below the legal drinking age, even when traveling with a parent or guardian, due to local alcohol licensing laws. In some destinations (including parts of Canada), this legal age is 19. Age rules vary by lounge and location, so please check the lounge-specific entry details above before purchase.

","Can underage guests be refused lounge entry?",[160,161],"

Children under 2 years old can enter most lounges free of charge without a pass. Children aged 2 and over will usually require a full-price pass, unless otherwise specified in the lounge listing above. Some lounges may offer special rates or age exemptions - you can check these details on the specific lounge's page. For complete details about traveling with children, visit our support centre.

","Do children need a LoungePair Lounge Pass?",[160],"

After payment, you must activate your pass by entering the passenger name before your visit. Without activation, you will not receive a QR code and will not be able to enter the lounge. Be sure to activate promptly after purchase.

","What happens if I don't activate my pass?",[161],"

If the specific time you want is unavailable or you are presented with the message that there are not enough tickets available, this simply means the lounge has reached capacity and unfortunately is unable to accommodate you.

Please choose another time or consider purchasing a pass for a different lounge.

","Why can't I book for the time I want?",[161],"

Firstly, check the scheduled departure time of your flight. Then, check how long you're allowed to say in the lounge. We generally recommend deducting that number of hours from your departure time to calculate your arrival time. For example, if your flight departs at 11am and you can stay up to 3 hours in the lounge, it's best to book for 8am.

You can book an earlier time if you know you'll be at the airport early, but in that case you might need to leave the lounge before your flight is boarding. Also note that, at some airports, you might not be able to check in for your flight more than 2-3 hours before departure.

","How do I know what time to book the lounge for?",[161],"

If you arrive early at this lounge, you'll generally need to wait until your pre-booked arrival time to enter. Some lounges might let you enter earlier by paying for extra time at the door.

If you arrive later than your booked arrival time, you'll still be able to enter and use the lounge until the end of your originally booked stay period. However, no extra time is added to your stay and any lost time will be forfeited.

","What happens if I arrive at the lounge earlier or later than my booked arrival time?",[161],"

After payment, you will need to activate your pass by entering the passenger name. You will then receive a QR code. Present this QR code at the lounge entrance on the day of your visit, along with the boarding pass for your flight. A link to your booking is also sent to you by email.

","What do I show at the lounge?",[161],"

Booking your lounge visit is simple:

Select your visit date and the number of guests.
Complete your payment to secure the booking.
Activate your pass by entering the passenger name for each guest.
Present your QR code at the lounge entrance on the day of your visit.

","How does the booking process work?",[161],"

","What makes the LoungePair Pass flexible?",[193,176],[160],"

Our passes are ideal for travelers who need ultimate flexibility. There's no need to select a date or time when you purchase. You can use your pass any time within its validity period (usually up to 6 months from the date of purchase). Plus, if you're unable to use it yourself, you can give it to someone else. For a small additional fee, you can also choose to purchase a FlexiPass which is fully refundable (this add-on is free for LoungePair+ members).

",[193,167],[160],"

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

","When can I enter the lounge?",[160],"

Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

","Can I use my LoungePair Lounge Pass immediately?",[160],"

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. You can use your pass any time during the lounge's operating hours for the duration specified. See our guide to using a LoungePair pass for more information.
