About this lounge

This cozy lounge is located landside at City of Derry Airport, before you clear security. Entry requires collecting a door code from the Airport Information desk before passing through the Airport Shop, where staff handle access. Inside, the single room offers sofas, armchairs and bench seating with views of the airfield on the Donegal hills.

Food and drink are self-service: a Nespresso machine and kettle for hot drinks, a fridge with soft drinks, beer, and wine, and snacks such as biscuits and crisps. Included alcoholic drinks are limited to 2 per adult.

Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
