About this lounge

Sitting above Terminal B's Eastern Concourse on the mezzanine level, this elegant Air Canada lounge looks out over the terminal concourse.

The self-service buffet offers hot and cold food throughout the day; in the morning you might find egg bites, bacon, and roasted potatoes alongside bagels with cream cheese, yogurt, and oatmeal. Later in the day, options might include salads, soup, roasted vegetables and rice, alongside desserts such as cookies. Coffee comes from Lavazza espresso machines, and soft drinks are available from a soda fountain. In the afternoon and evening, alcoholic beverages provided include wine, spirits and beer on tap.

The interior was designed by HOK with a distinctly Canadian style. The space divides naturally into zones for working, relaxing, small groups, and dining, with power outlets throughout. Other features include a business centre and restrooms.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
