About this lounge

The No1 Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 2 has a bar with a wide range of drinks, a self-service buffet, comfortable seating areas, and friendly staff.

The hot and cold food options rotate and vary depending on the time of day. During breakfast hours, you might find options including breakfast hash, scrambled eggs, croissants, yoghurt, porridge, and fruits. During the afternoon and evening, options could include wraps, pasta, rice, spiced vegetables, soup, salads and desserts. Pancakes are available throughout the day.

The staffed bar serves beer including draft beer, a wide selection of wines, cider, spirits, and cocktails — all included. Champagne is available for an additional charge. A self-service station provides soft drinks and infused waters, and multiple espresso machines and a tea station are on hand for hot drinks.

Flight information screens are visible throughout the lounge. A good option for departing travelers who want a quiet meal and proper bar service before their flight from London Heathrow T2.

With each pass, you receive access to a specific airport lounge to work or relax in before your flight. Most lounges offer Wi-Fi, food, drinks, and other amenities which vary by lounge, in a quiet environment away from the busy terminal. LoungePair+ members may enjoy additional benefits or discounts on passes.

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
