About this lounge

The only lounge at Naples Capodichino Airport, the Pearl Lounge is a modern, airside facility serving all passengers departing from the main terminal. It offers a quiet air-conditioned environment with large windows facing the terminal concourse, as well as amenities like showers, restrooms, Wi-Fi and a business centre.

The self-service buffet provides hot and cold options. At breakfast, you might find items like pastries, brioche, bacon, eggs, cheese, cold cuts and fresh fruit. Later in the day, rotating menu items could include pasta, chicken, and salads. Coffee is available from a Lavazza machine, with other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages also available. Various seating areas are available including bar-style tables and nap chairs.

: Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. : Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

You can use your pass any time within its validity period (usually up to 6 months from the date of purchase). Plus, if you're unable to use it yourself, you can give it to someone else. : On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
