About this lounge

Guests at the air-conditioned Paragon Premium Lounge can enjoy airfield views, a meal, and access to business facilities while waiting for their flight from Ndola.

Food is served as a self-service hot and cold buffet, with light options such as soups, pies, short ribs, kebabs, curries or beef with vegetables. During breakfast hours, options may include oatmeal, waffles, eggs cooked your way, sandwiches, and fruit. Hot and cold drinks are available, including alcoholic beverages from the bar.

The lounge is divided into distinct zones: a lounge seating area, a dining area, and a gaming area with a billiards table - an uncommon feature in airport lounges. A business center with computer access and printing is available. Power outlets and Wi-Fi are provided throughout.

: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
