About this lounge

The IASS Superior Lounge -KoCoo- offers a comfortable place to wait for your international flight and enjoy a proper meal at Terminal 2 of Narita Airport. The lounge is easy to find, just after security.

Supplementing the hot and cold food buffet is an à la carte menu of freshly prepared dishes such as soba, Japanese curry rice, soup, pasta, and desserts. A wide variety of drinks is also available, including matcha, coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic options such as sake, wine, lemon sour, and beer. Asahi beer comes on tap.

The room is quiet and business-leaning, and anime posters give the walls a distinct character rooted in Japanese popular culture. A noren curtain marks the entrance. Every seat has a power outlet and USB charging point. A table-style arcade cabinet and a coin-operated jukebox sit within the main seating area as standalone fixtures. Restrooms are available within the lounge.

: Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. : If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
