If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. All passes purchased for this lounge are refundable until 24 hours before the booked time. After then, they can no longer be changed or canceled.

If the specific time you want is unavailable or you are presented with the message that there are not enough tickets available, this simply means the lounge has reached capacity and unfortunately is unable to accommodate you.

Firstly, check the scheduled departure time of your flight. Then, check how long you're allowed to say in the lounge. We generally recommend deducting that number of hours from your departure time to calculate your arrival time. For example, if your flight departs at 11am and you can stay up to 3 hours in the lounge, it's best to book for 8am.

You can book an earlier time if you know you'll be at the airport early, but in that case you might need to leave the lounge before your flight is boarding. Also note that, at some airports, you might not be able to check in for your flight more than 2-3 hours before departure.

If you arrive early at this lounge, you'll generally need to wait until your pre-booked arrival time to enter. Some lounges might let you enter earlier by paying for extra time at the door.

If you arrive later than your booked arrival time, you'll still be able to enter and use the lounge until the end of your originally booked stay period. However, no extra time is added to your stay and any lost time will be forfeited.
