About this lounge

The Elysian Lounge in the International Departures area is a compact, air-conditioned space in Pune's New Integrated Terminal Building, accessible after clearing immigration.

The buffet includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Hot dishes such as rice and curry rotate alongside cold options, fresh fruit, and snacks. A staffed bar serves soft drinks, beer, wine, and spirits. Tea is prepared to individual preference on request. Alcoholic drinks are limited to 2 per passenger.

Curved high-back booths and individual tables make up the main dining area. A quieter seating area with lounge chairs sits apart from this, within the same room. Staff may bring food and drinks directly to seated guests.

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

For groups of 9 or more, most lounges need advance notice so they can manage capacity on the day. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
