SH Premium Lounge Phu Quoc 1 offers plenty of seating and great views out of the floor-to-ceiling windows, which also provide abundant natural light. The split-level space divides into three seating zones with an upper-level annex that is often quieter than the main downstairs area. A small garden area helps to keep the air fresh.

The self-service buffet offers hot and cold food throughout the day, with options such as bánh canh (hot noodle soup), chè sâm (a traditional dessert), pastries, fresh fruit, and light snacks. Drinks include beer, coffee, tea, and cold non-alcoholic options. Charging points are built into furniture or available as floor sockets at most seats. Business facilities including computers are provided, and Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the lounge.

If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
