Sitting landside, near the check-in counters, this is arguably the better of the lounges available at Marsa Alam International Airport. It's available to both domestic and international departing passengers due to its location before passport control. However, passengers departing on international flights should allow enough time to clear the necessary immigration and security procedures after leaving the lounge.

Hot and cold snacks, such as small pastries or sweet bites, are available from the self-service buffet. Non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks including tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks are provided.

A business center and a smoking area are available. Best for travellers wanting a calm, connected stop before clearing immigration, as the lounge is typically quieter than the open terminal.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
