Most lounges offer Wi-Fi, food, drinks, and other amenities which vary by lounge, in a quiet environment away from the busy terminal. : Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. : Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
