The SATS Premier Lounge in Terminal 3 is a large, Singapore-themed space with a self-service buffet that highlights the best of Singaporean and international cuisine. Alongside the lounge's signature laksa station, you might find options such as biryani, noodles, soup, fish, vegetables, a salad bar, pastries, and rotating desserts. This is paired with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cold beer, wine, basic spirits, soft drinks, and coffee from Killiney - a local Singaporean brand.

In addition to the open-plan seating and dining areas, individual productivity pods provide a quieter, more private space to get some work done. Charging outlets are available at each seat. 2 massage chairs and 3 shower suites, stocked with premium bath amenities, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This lounge is open 24/7 and is often quiet late at night, making it ideal for travelers seeking a proper meal and a place to freshen up at the start of their journey, or between long-haul flights, with authentic Singaporean hospitality.

Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

Yes. Unaccompanied minors are not generally permitted to enter airport lounges. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
