Located near Gate 1 to 11 in the Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, this lounge covers more than 1300 square meters that can accommodate up to 300 guests. Here, you can enjoy the delicious noodles and warm, freshly made meals prepared by our chef. Self-service hot food, light bites, fruits and beverages are available all day. The lounge features a range of facilities, from a nursing room to shower facilities, TV channels, complimentary Wi-Fi, charging facilities and choice of newspapers and magazines for leisure reading. Shower service is payable and not included in standard lounge access.

With each pass, you receive access to a specific airport lounge to work or relax in before your flight. Most lounges offer Wi-Fi, food, drinks, and other amenities which vary by lounge, in a quiet environment away from the busy terminal. LoungePair+ members may enjoy additional benefits or discounts on passes.
Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.
Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.
Our passes are ideal for travelers who need ultimate flexibility. There's no need to select a date or time when you purchase. You can use your pass any time within its validity period (usually up to 6 months from the date of purchase). Plus, if you're unable to use it yourself, you can give it to someone else. For a small additional fee, you can also choose to purchase a FlexiPass which is fully refundable (this add-on is free for LoungePair+ members).
Children under 2 years old can enter most lounges free of charge without a pass. Children aged 2 and over will usually require a full-price pass, unless otherwise specified in the lounge listing above. Yes. Unaccompanied minors are not generally permitted to enter airport lounges. A small number of lounges may also refuse entry to guests below the legal drinking age, even when traveling with a parent or guardian, due to local alcohol licensing laws. In some destinations (including parts of Canada), this legal age is 19. Age rules vary by lounge and location, so please check the lounge-specific entry details above before purchase.
Yes. You can buy multiple Lounge Passes in one order, and each guest gets their own voucher to present at the lounge. For groups of 9 or more, most lounges need advance notice so they can manage capacity on the day. Before buying, email us at support@loungepair.com with your travel date, time, flight number and group size, and we'll confirm arrangements with the lounge for you. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.
Most airport lounge operators do not allow passengers to bring pets with them into the lounge, except for registered support animals (such as guide dogs). However, a small number of lounges that specifically designate themselves as being pet-friendly do allow pets and offer pet areas.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.

Sign in to your LoungePair+ account.
Navigate to the lounge you wish to purchase.
On the purchase page for a lounge, select a quantity of two or more passes. This will automatically display the companion pass discount option.
Select the companion pass discount option to apply the 50% discount to one of the passes.
Complete your purchase, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the QR codes for both your full-price pass(es) and your discounted companion pass.
