The Hayyak lounge sits airside in Turaif's domestic terminal, a short walk from Gates 1–2, next to the female prayer room.

Food and drink are available throughout the day: snacks and light meals are offered continuously, all halal, alongside hot and cold soft beverages including authentic Saudi coffee.

Newspapers, magazines, and televisions are on hand, and the air-conditioned space provides a place to settle before boarding.

A shoe-shine service is available inside the lounge.

: On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
