About this lounge

This is one of two Makuwa Lounge locations in the international departures area of Victoria Falls Airport. After clearing passport control and heading upstairs, turning left, and passing "Cafe Expresso" and "The Victoria Falls Shop" this lounge is located on the RIGHT side.

Passengers can enjoy a selection of meals and snacks from the à la carte menu, including pasta, soup, toasted sandwiches with garden salad or crisps, fresh fruits, and baked treats including cakes.

Alcoholic beverages are available to order, including beer, wine, cider, and spirits. Non-alcoholic drink options include soft drinks, juices, still and sparkling water, tea, and coffee.

Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are provided.

: With each pass, you receive access to a specific airport lounge to work or relax in before your flight. Most lounges offer Wi-Fi, food, drinks, and other amenities which vary by lounge, in a quiet environment away from the busy terminal. LoungePair+ members may enjoy additional benefits or discounts on passes.
: Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. : Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.
: Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

: On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
