About this lounge

The Vienna Lounge in Terminal 1 regularly receives great reviews for its outstanding food, beverages and amenities.

A wide selection of hot dishes are available from the self-service buffet, along with a salad bar, cold cuts and cheeses, sandwiches, and Viennese pastries including apple strudel and tortes. A café-style corner within the lounge has self-serve coffee machines, and Austrian beers, wines including sparkling wine, and spirits are available at the drinks station.

This large space has plenty of seating available, so it rarely feels crowded. Art from the Leopold Museum's Vienna 1900 collection appears throughout the lounge, including works by Klimt and Schiele, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great aircraft views.

Sub-zones include workstations, a TV viewing area, bookable meeting and boardroom spaces, and a bookable private suite. Shower suites are fitted with Dyson hair dryers (subject to availability). There is also a dedicated children's play area and an outdoor smoking terrace accessible from within the lounge.

Passengers departing from Gates F and G can access this lounge by taking the shuttle service to Gates C. Please allow sufficient time to proceed to your departure gate after leaving the lounge.

Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

For groups of 9 or more, most lounges need advance notice so they can manage capacity on the day. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
