About this lounge

The only lounge at Zagreb Airport sits airside in Schengen Departures on Level 2, opposite Gate 23. The self-service buffet runs to hot and cold stations, with cold options such as sandwiches, salads, yogurt, and pastries alongside warm dishes and soup that rotate through the day. Coffee machines, soft drinks, wine, spirits, and beer on tap are all self-service.

Two seating zones sit within the same open space, one centred around the buffet and another to the side, giving the room a casual, unhurried feel. Luggage lockers and lockable phone-charging boxes are a practical touch worth knowing about before you settle in.

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

Yes. Unaccompanied minors are not generally permitted to enter airport lounges. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
