Lounge Location

The W Premium Lounge is located in the Domestic Departures area. After clearing security on the left side of the departure hall, continue straight along the mezzanine level and walk toward the escalators that descend to the main boarding gates. The lounge entrance appears on your right side, positioned just before the AMBAAR Club.

Opening Hours and Access Duration

The lounge is currently open 24 hours daily.

Entry is permitted up to 4 hours before your scheduled departure, and for a maximum duration of 3 hours for the majority of access methods.


Layout and Seating

Spanning 420 square meters, the W Premium lounge accommodates up to 118 guests and is adorned with modern furnishings and local artwork, including scenes of Porto Alegre’s iconic sunset and Cais.

The central bar is an immediate attention draw, with plenty of surrounding high stools. To the right of the bar is the self serve buffet. The main seating area spreads across the open floor and has a decent amount of variety: armchairs with side tables, and larger, communal tables for group meals or informal meetings. Further back, you’ll find more private zones including a meeting room, as well as the bathrooms and shower facilities.

This is a single level design, perfect for wheelchair users or those with mobility concerns.
