About this lounge

Sitting opposite security near Gates 1–3, this compact airside lounge serves domestic departures passengers at Al-Baha with a food and beverage counter and massage chairs at no extra charge. The counter offers snacks and hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks throughout.

The interior is arranged across two seating zones defined by furniture placement rather than walls, with white marble tabletops, grey upholstery, and taupe tones under recessed spotlights and black cone-shaped floor lamps. A shoe-shine service is available inside the lounge. The atmosphere is quiet and functional, which suits the short domestic layovers this terminal typically handles.

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

Most airport lounge operators do not allow passengers to bring pets with them into the lounge, except for registered support animals (such as guide dogs). However, a small number of lounges that specifically designate themselves as being pet-friendly do allow pets and offer pet areas.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
