About this lounge

Sala VIP Guacimeta is Aena’s VIP lounge at Lanzarote Airport, serving passengers on both Schengen and Non-Schengen departures.

The lounge is an open-plan space with a mix of tables, standard chairs and armchairs, plus power and USB outlets at side tables, and large windows looking out towards the surrounding landscape. Guests have access to a self-service buffet with light hot and cold dishes, snacks and pastries, alongside complimentary soft drinks, coffee, wine and beer.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, televisions, flight information screens, newspapers and magazines, as well as a heated solarium terrace that doubles as an outdoor smoking area, and step-free access for disabled passengers.

LoungePair+ members may enjoy additional benefits or discounts on passes.
: Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. : Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.
: Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

: On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
