About this lounge

The Baghdad Lounge is a mid-sized, air-conditioned space in the International Departures terminal, designed with families and Muslim travelers in mind. A dedicated prayer room, a family room, and a separate nursing and baby care room are all available within the lounge, making it one of the more practically equipped options at Baghdad International Airport.

Food is served as a self-service halal buffet with hot and cold options. Fresh fruit is a stable feature, and the rotating selection might include hot savory dishes alongside cold prepared snacks. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Non-alcoholic drinks available include both hot and cold beverages.

Seating is arranged in clustered zones of curved armchairs, with large windows on one side bringing in natural light. Business facilities are available.

: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
