About this lounge

Located on the mezzanine level above the departure concourse, the Royal Brunei Sky Lounge offers plenty of space across multiple distinct seating zones, including areas for lounging and dining.

The extensive self-service buffet is stocked with hot dishes such as stir-fried beef, Moroccan tagine, mixed vegetables, curries, nasi lemak, soups, baked chicken and fish, along with fried rice, noodles, fresh fruit, pastries, and desserts. Non-alcoholic beverages including tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks are provided.

Showers are fitted inside the restrooms, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis - simply collect a towel from the reception desk if you wish to use one. The lounge also features a dedicated prayer room with ablution facilities, lockers for storing your luggage, and a meeting room available for hire at an extra charge. Flight departure announcements are made inside the lounge.

You can generally enter Royal Brunei Sky Lounge in Bandar Seri Begawan any time on the day of your flight, within the lounge's opening hours, upon presentation of your boarding pass and lounge pass. After entering, you will be allowed to stay in the lounge for up to 3 hours. After this time, you will need to either leave the lounge or purchase a new lounge pass.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
