About this lounge

This is a large, open-plan lounge airside in Terminal 1 International Departures, Level 3, with natural daylight coming through across light wood tabletops and beige upholstery lit by recessed spots and black table lamps. Furniture groupings shape the room into distinct areas without any physical partitions between them. The runway-facing windows run the full length of the seating area, giving most seats a direct view of parked aircraft on the apron.

The self-service buffet runs to Thai hot dishes alongside pasta, soups, bakery items, and fresh fruit. Curries feature among the rotating mains, with dishes such as pork green curry appearing regularly. Coffee and tea machines, refrigerated soft drinks, and an open bar with beer, wine, and spirits sit alongside. A children's room and business centre with printing facilities are both on the same floor, available to all guests without a separate access tier. The atmosphere is quiet and casual, with a business-leaning feel around the workstation area.

Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
