After clearing immigration at Ngurah Rai's International Terminal, this Level 3 lounge sits airside with natural daylight reaching across the seating areas. The self-service hot buffet runs to Asian dishes alongside lighter options, with rotating items such as hot soup, chicken, and sliders, plus a salad bar, fresh fruit, and pastries. Barista-style espresso drinks are made to order at the beverage station, though no alcohol is served anywhere in the lounge.

The interior takes a clean, contemporary approach, with varied seating arranged across distinct zones: high tables with bar stools and universal power outlets in one area, armchairs in another, and a dedicated quiet section that comes into its own during the busy departure peaks. Massage chairs are available for an additional fee, suitable for longer waits common in international departures. The room fills steadily and moves at pace, which fits the international departures crowd it serves.

: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
