: Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. : Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.
: Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.
: Our passes are ideal for travelers who need ultimate flexibility. There's no need to select a date or time when you purchase. You can use your pass any time within its validity period (usually up to 6 months from the date of purchase). Plus, if you're unable to use it yourself, you can give it to someone else. : On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

On the purchase page for a lounge, select a quantity of two or more passes. This will automatically display the companion pass discount option.
Select the companion pass discount option to apply the 50% discount to one of the passes.
Complete your purchase, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the QR codes for both your full-price pass(es) and your discounted companion pass.
