This air-conditioned open-plan lounge sits on the second floor airside at Terminal 1, directly opposite the departure gates, and stays open around the clock for international passengers.

The self-service buffet stocks hot dishes such as rice, vegetables, and chicken, plus pastries, breads, and cake, with shelf-stable items like instant noodles also on the counter. Coffee, tea, juice, and soda are available; no alcohol is served. Restrooms and a separate smoking area are available within the lounge.

Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

For groups of 9 or more, most lounges need advance notice so they can manage capacity on the day. Before buying, email us at support@loungepair.com with your travel date, time, flight number and group size, and we'll confirm arrangements with the lounge for you. Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

No. A lounge pass entitles you to enter the lounge up to the maximum stay duration, but you aren't entitled to a partial refund if you choose to stay for less time.
