Closest to Gate 15 on the fourth floor of Phuket's International Terminal, this airside Coral Lounge offers a self-service hot buffet with white rice, Thai massaman curry, stir-fried vegetables, and chicken dishes as staples, with rotating options such as biryani rice and finger sandwiches alongside. A refrigerated case offers desserts and fruit — you might find blue sago pudding or diced dragon fruit. Draft Chang is on tap at the staffed bar, with wine and other drinks available for purchase; juice and a coffee machine sit near the entrance on a self-service station.

The room offers three seating zones — armchairs, banquettes, and communal high-tops with USB-A and standard power outlets — each divided by furniture arrangement rather than walls. Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

Lounge entry is only permitted within the time period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time, in accordance with the lounge's entry rules.

Group bookings made without prior confirmation may be subject to lounge approval on the day, and our refund policy applies to those passes.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
