About this lounge

The iGA Pop Up Lounge is a smaller alternative to the bustling iGA Lounge in the International Departures area of Istanbul Airport.

Sitting opposite Gate A5/A6, this is a cozy lounge best suited to travelers seeking a quieter space close to the A Gates. The self-service food selection includes cold appetizers, soup, sandwiches, and sweet and savory pastries, with some hot dishes also available. Drinks include hot beverages, soft drinks, juice, water, and draft beer that you can pour yourself from the tap.

Floor-to-ceiling glass panels along one side bring in natural light and look out toward the main airport entrance. Flight information screens are visible from the seating area, and charging stations sit at designated points and near the windows. Restrooms are in the public area just outside the lounge. Unlike the main iGA Lounge, this lounge does not provide showers.

The pace here is unhurried, and the proximity to the A gates makes it a practical choice for passengers who want a calm stop close to their departure point.

You can generally enter IGA International Pop Up Lounge in Istanbul any time on the day of your flight, within the lounge's opening hours, upon presentation of your boarding pass and lounge pass. After entering, you will be allowed to stay in the lounge for up to 2 or 4 hours, depending on your pass. After this time, you will need to either leave the lounge or purchase a new lounge pass.

With each pass, you receive access to a specific airport lounge to work or relax in before your flight. Most lounges offer Wi-Fi, food, drinks, and other amenities which vary by lounge, in a quiet environment away from the busy terminal. Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
