About this lounge

The lounge sits one floor below the concourse in Terminal 1, reached by elevator or stairs between Gates 8 and 9 after security. The room seats close to 100 across lounge chairs, high-tops, and curved booth seating, all arranged in one open space with low ceilings and windows that look onto the tarmac at ground level.

The self-service buffet has a Mediterranean character: a build-your-own salad bar, cheeses, cold cuts, and fruit sit alongside hot dishes such as chicken, pasta, and vegetables, with desserts rounding out the spread. Each dish is labelled with allergy information. The full-service bar near the entrance pours beer, wine, and spirits at no extra charge, with premium spirits and cocktails available for a fee. Service at the bar and on the floor is warm and attentive. The bar counter is also the easiest place to find a power outlet.

On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
