About this lounge

The zebra-patterned frosted glass exterior makes the Mashonzha Lounge easy to spot before you reach the entrance. Inside, the space is arranged across several zones with comfy sofas, high-back chairs, and bar-style seating. Fast Wi-Fi is available.

The self-service buffet covers a broad range, with croissants and rotating options that might include dishes like ramen, braised beef potjie, or curried vegetables. South African wines, draught beer, spirits, and coffee are all available. If you need to charge a device, the communal table in the centre has the best concentration of outlets.

: Once you buy a pass, simply add the traveler's name to activate it. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your pass. To get into the lounge, show the QR code on your activated LoungePair pass and the boarding pass for your flight at the entrance. : Yes, your pass is issued as soon as you pay and enter the traveler's name. It can be used right away if you are within the lounge's permitted entry window before your flight and the lounge is open. No advance booking or time selection is generally required.

: On rare occasions, lounges may reach capacity. We guarantee your pass can be used during lounge opening hours, so if you encounter any capacity issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
: If you have any issues or concerns during your lounge visit and don't want to proceed with using the lounge after checking in, please approach the reception staff to raise your concerns. If you haven't yet used any of the lounge facilities, these staff may be able to request for your lounge pass redemption to be reversed. Otherwise, your pass will be considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
